Join us for the Downey Pride Family Picnic at Furman Park, hosted by L.A. CADA! We’ll be hosting a free watercolor workshop in collaboration with watercolor artist, Polaris Castillo, and a pop-up art exhibit featuring the work of local LGBTQ2S+ artists.

COVID-19
Safety guidelines
Face masks are required inside the gallery, unless you are enjoying a beverage. Social distancing is highly encouraged between separate groups.
Vaccination
Attendees are recommended to be fully vaccinated or to obtain a negative COVID-19 test before arriving at the event.
Increased sanitation
Hand sanitizer stations will be available in the gallery and high-touch surfaces will be disinfected throughout the event.
Notice to attendees
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
FAQ
We recommend finding parking in the lot behind Embassy Suites & Wells Fargo, or using the Downtown parking structure on New St. & 2nd St. We do not have our own parking lot.
Yes, we will have drinks available for purchase – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We will also have water for purchase.
No, we will not be serving food at the gallery. However, there will be plenty of food options during the festival! Grab a bite to eat at one of the food trucks or at a local restaurant in Downtown.
Absolutely! Children are more than welcome to attend, but must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
