Be free and let the colors flow! This free form drawing workshop will focus on exploration, critical thinking and imagination. We’ll draw inspiration from our surroundings and take moments to look within to let the creative spark shine.

Meet our teaching artist
Jonathan Perez (aka Nadidah)
Jonathan Perez is a creative spirit from the city of LA. His artist name, Nadidah, is an Arabic phrase meaning Equal to anyone else.
Jonathan enjoys exploring art through different themes and mediums, such as drawing, music, writing and photography. He enjoys expressing himself through the infinite possibilities of each medium by creating artwork that is emotive and self reflective. Through his work, he hopes to inspire the imaginations’ of those around him and encourage a greater sense of love, empathy and understanding.
Jonathan has helped organize a number of events throughout LA with local artists, musicians, community members and the SELA Arts Festival team.
