Program Partners
Stay was a selected recipient of the California Art Council’s Cultural Pathways grant in April of 2020. This grant award supplies two years of operating support and professional development tools, resources and training for the Stay team.
At the beginning of 2021, Stay was the recipient of a $2,500 grant award by the LA Plaza & Eastside Arts Initiative. This grant award funds the continuation of our Virtual Spring Break Workshops for local youth & families during the month of April.
Funder of the Space
The City of Downey has been an ardent supporter of Stay since our grassroots efforts came to fruition in 2010. Beginning August 2020, the City is funding $25,000 annually to supplement eight months of lease payments, for the next three years.
