About

Stay Gallery is a community-led art gallery and creative space located in the heart of Downtown Downey.

Since 2012, Stay Gallery has served as a central gathering place for local artists, youth and families, offering a diverse range of artistic, cultural and educational experiences. We have hosted over 180 art exhibitions and provided hundreds of free and low-cost classes, workshops, events and performances.

Stay Gallery is operated by Stay Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that engages, connects and empowers communities in the Southeast Los Angeles - Gateway Cities region through the arts, creative exploration and cultural expression.
